We offer a fitness assessment for people over 50. With simple exercises, we can test the strength, flexibility, aerobic capacity of the lower and upper body – how well our breathing and circulation can adapt to the load – as well as dexterity and agility.
The tests were developed by R.E. Rikli and C.J. Jones in 2001 for people over 60, providing reference values by gender and 5-year age groups for evaluating the results. Our employees, within the framework of the KIFLI (Keeping Fit In Later Life – 50 pöldel is fitten) project supported by the European Union, made the test available to the age group in their fifties through statistical extrapolation.
Anyone who would like to assess their fitness can contact our employees, who can not only perform the test, but also provide personalized training advice if required. The results are recorded, based on which they can later track their fitness status.
