Péter Kövesd
Since its foundation, I’m the managing director of TREBAG Ltd. and the majority owner from the mid 90’s. I have a mechanical engineer degree and am a qualified patent attorney. During my carrier I have always been dealing with research and development + innovation. I have also been performing innovation manager tasks since the last century’s 80’s. (It’s quite strange to write down ‘last century’…). I consider my main success to be that the company is still on the market after more than 26 years now (in January 2016). Admittedly, we had to perform some changes in the company during these years, but we consider it natural, as the market (with its demands) is changing constantly.
We have taken part in European Union funded projects as early as the end of the 90’s (Phare, Innovation Relay Centre), but our participation in these projects became important only the beginning of the XXI.st century.
I was involved in the elaboration and implementation of several strategies made for the polity, but the workload of these tasks had also fluctuated, just as the R&D and innovation management consultancy for SMEs and large companies had.
Evidently I have also participated in EU Lifelong Learning projects, with some of my project ideas becoming winning projects.
I owe my success mainly to my colleagues – including my wife- , whose vast majority are well-educated, ambitious and pretty young women. They have proved that it’s possible to be competitive on a European level as well. Hence, you may be envious.

Andrea Kövesd
I’ve been working at TREBAG Ltd. since 1991 and I became the co-owner of the company in 1994. First, I took part in a European Union funded project in 1996 as a colleague of the Innovation Relay Centre, then I worked on ICT projects within the Fifth Framewrok Program of R&D (FP5). I started to deal with education related projects in 2000. I was the coordinator of a plant protection project (2002-2005) called: ‘Plantpro‘ and also of a herbs cultivation project (2010-2012) called: ‘HERBS‘, while altogether I took part actively in more than 20 projects now.
Regarding my basic education, I am a qualified agricultural engineer; in 1991 I obtained a patent attorney qualification at The Institute of Post-graduate Legal Studies; between 1994-1996 I followed DMS training courses at the Budapest University of Economic Sciences – Executive Training Institute.

Ilona Vojtkó
I’m the company’s chief clerk, I’ve been handling administration related tasks for Trebag since 2002. In my free time I usually go for a walk with my puppies – Ashley, Honey, Noel, Zooey and Thara – and also I’m going to rally competitions quite often.

Enikő Nagy
I have worked for Trebag since 2008 as a researcher and project manager. I have been involved in more than 15 Lifelong learning projects, more European studies (including studies for Cedefop)and also Hungarian grants (including developing TÁMOP). My main activities are: developing calls for proposals, healthy lifestyle related projects, conducting studies, conducting trainings, project applications and management, consultancy on adult education, nordicwalking trainings, community building.

Nóra Kövesd
I have a MSc degree in Engineering Manager.
I have been working at TREBAG since 2013 as an innovation manager.
Presently I am working on some Erasmus+ Ka2 projects, and a huge R+D project, which is supported by the EU and the Hungarian government.
I also participate in our consultancy activities, which belong to the innovation management.
